We are a hostel that preserves the traditions of the City. Traditions of being friendly to guests, maintaining order and cleanliness, being interested in cultural life, knowing and loving the history of your city.

Therefore, for our hostel, which will be the "beginning" of acquaintance with St. Petersburg for many of you, we chose this name.

A little history.

In the 19th century, at the address nab. Of the Bypass Canal, it was decided to build the Warsaw railway station. 
The station was built in 1853.

Trains were sent to Europe from St. Petersburg from the Warsaw railway station.
From here, the Nord-Express, sung by Nabokov, departed for Paris.
The routes along which the trains ran can be studied from memoirs: Baden-Baden, Carlsbad, Berlin, Paris...

The Imperial Train and a number of "family trains" belonging to the richest and most influential Russian surnames ran from the station.
The carriages were so comfortable that passengers could even take a bath.
During the "golden age", a "Flower Express" arrived from Nice once a week, bringing fresh roses from the south of France to the delight of St. Petersburg beauties...

Defining the name for our hostel, the answer was found immediately — "SV-Hostel". SV — means a sleeping car of increased comfort and we will exceed your expectations!

Location.

SV Hostel is located in a convenient place to stay. 
Within walking distance of the Shopping and Entertainment complex "Warsaw Express", offering a cinema, bowling alley, ice rink and the opportunity to have a snack in a variety of cafes. Also opposite is the famous club "Waiting Room".

In front of the Hostel there is a parking for 1000 places, which is especially convenient for those who travel by car.
We are always ready to meet you, providing a round-the-clock transfer (upon prior request).
Baltiyskaya Metro Station is 5 minutes away from us, from where you can visit: Strelna (Konstantinovsky Palace), Peterhof, Oranienbaum (Lomonosov), Kronstadt by direct routes.
