Booking Rules

  • Booking of individual rooms is carried out for a period of one day.
  • Booking of berths in multi-bed rooms is carried out for a period of two days or more.
  • When booking a room / berth in "SV Hostel", you need to:
    • choose the dates of arrival and departure;
    • choose the desired tariff;
    • make a payment according to the selected tariff.

Standard rate:

Guarantee by bank card - the cost of 1 day is paid.
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The cost of 1 day is refundable, if the cancellation period is met.

In case of cancellation of the reservation later than the specified dates or no-show of the guest, the payment in the amount of the cost of 1 day will not be refunded.

Irrevocable tariff:

When choosing this tariff, the guest is given a 10% discount.

Guarantee by bank card - the full cost of the reservation is paid.
The guest will be charged the full cost of the reservation in case of cancellation or no-show.

Payment methods:

  • Cash payment. It is possible only with a personal visit to the "SV Hostel", subject to availability. Remote booking is not possible with this payment method.
  • By bank card during a personal visit. Possible with a personal visit to the "SV Hostel", subject to availability. Remote booking is not possible with this payment method.
  • By bank card online. To do this, you need to fill out the booking form on the "Book" page. After that, make a payment by bank card online through a specialized gateway. Payment is made through SBERBANK PJSC using bank cards of the following payment systems:
    • МИР ;
    • VISA International ;
    • Mastercard Worldwide ;
    • JCB .

    For payment (entering your card details) You will be redirected to the payment gateway of SBERBANK PJSC. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure Internet payments Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment.

  • According to the details. To use this payment method, it is necessary to contact the administration of "SV Hostel" by available means. After that, a temporary reservation of the requested rooms / berths will be made for a period of 48 hours to make the payment. After payment confirmation, the requested rooms/berths will be finally booked for the guest(s).

Refund:

The refund is carried out in accordance with the tariff you have chosen. The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
